Hi Andy
I am a freelance SEO guy. Clients come to me with websites floundering on page 37 of Google. They badly need an SEO guy but say that they can only find agencies who want to charge them loads of money each month and tie them in for a year. Additionally, those agencies lie through their teeth and put the fear of God into them, saying that SEO won’t work at all unless they engage in this sort of legally binding contract.
Like you, I don’t tie my clients into any sort of contract. They only “pay” for my time by the hour. I do an initial SEO report and then we have a Zoom call where I explain what needs to be done and how they can do it themselves using free SEO tools. They can “pay” with Timebank credits.
If they get stuck, we can have another chat on Zoom. I can sort out any issues and recommend the next steps to them.
If SEO isn’t a service you offer yourself, I would be happy to help some of your clients. I can do this initially through Timebank or work out some alternative if they run out of Timebank credits.
By the way, I offer this exact same service on another great timeback in the UK called Economy of Hours | It’s time and get lots of paid work and UK Timebacnk credits through it.
Hope that helps.
Regards
Mike
