I have a friend called Dougal Steward who is an enthusiastic Freemason. He is occasionally called upon to make a short speech or a presentation. He absolutely dreads it and could really do with some advice. Would you be able to help, please?

He is not a member of Timebank himself. (I guess he could join). However, in the short term, I have plenty of Timebank credits myself. I would be more than happy to cover the cost of a Zoom call to you from my office. We are both based in London UK.

Just in case you are wondering what on earth we are doing on Timebank Ireland, my wife is from Skibbereen and my family originally come from Macroom in County Cork. We found the Irish Timebank office while on holiday in Skib last year and joined up. We are also members of a similar timebank in London.

Dougal owns his own business. Currently, he is painting and decorating my house/office and I am paying him with credits I have earned through the London TImebank. It works very well and he is doing a great job.
