In this 3.5 hour workshop, we expand our idea of what consent is, from simply being a yes or no
response, to instead being an agreement, something we discuss and practice to enhance our
capacity to feel fully empowered. Through interesting and enjoyable discussion and exercises there
will be safe, boundaried opportunities to experience consent, noticing our own and others
boundaries, and the skills needed to find authentic connection.
This time together will give you an opportunity for self-reflection on the importance of being
consent and boundary aware for your own happiness and wellbeing, and in doing so also find new
levels of awareness of and empathy for the boundaries of others too.
